2 This home is a good location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Even so, it is actually in intense need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Past reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. And so the house obtained plenty of sand in it.
The house layout is nice. Undoubtedly needs some paint, fixing up in a handful of places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no grievances about the property. We liked the price of this house and didn’t hope a whole whole lot.

3 Residence experienced perfect location on beach, very personal ! The house alone was out-of-date...very outdated, couches, chairs, beds, all previous and uncomfortable! Outdated glass table with uncomfortable chairs, I had been scared to death the whole time one of the kids was gonna break it or something, didn't look like it'd take much for it to fall aparpressure, we're clean but had no pressure, outside spicket did not work so could utilize it to scrub feet off after being around the beach, before you came inside.
